SymphonyAI Sensa-NetReveal is a global leader in innovative software for regulatory compliance, fraud and financial crime detection, investigation and reporting. As part of SymphonyAI, we provide financial crime, risk management, and fraud detection and prevention solutions across banking, financial markets, and insurance.

We are seeking a Partnership Lead to play a pivotal role in building and developing partnerships to drive business growth in our SymphonyAI Financial Services division. You will be sales-focused, possess a deep understanding of partner models in a software business environment and have a proven track record in forging strategic alliances with the software industry, particularly in the realm of financial crime solutions.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the industry to enhance SymphonyAI Sensa-NetReveal's market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.


Sales Focus

  • Drive revenue through effective partner engagement, ensuring that partnerships contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop joint value propositions and sales strategies with partners to maximize revenue generation.

Target Setting and Achievement

  • Set and exceed partnership-related targets, including revenue goals, market share expansion, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives.


Financial Crime Expertise

  • Leverage your background in financial crime solutions to quickly understand and navigate the nuances of the industry.
  • Provide valuable insights and expertise to internal teams and external partners in the context of financial crime prevention.

Partner Model Development

  • Design, implement, and optimize the partner model to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the software business landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into the overall business strategy.
  • Provide ongoing communication and training to internal teams on partnership initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in a channel partnership / sales role within a software vendor environment, with a focus on building and developing alliances / partnerships ecosystem in APAC.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the nuances within the APAC market, particularly South-East Asia.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in financial crime solutions is required.
  • Strong understanding of partner models in the software business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
