Job description
We’re looking for an operations manager to run our fraud operations, preventing identity theft fraud for HELOCs, mortgages, while managing credit card fraud. You will be working with engineering, compliance, and product. You are hands-on, data driven, and a systems thinker. The Aven operations team is disciplined, efficient, and tenacious. We value resilience, hard work, and execution. You will be working with other operations managers, reporting to a senior operations manager.
Responsibilities
Ensure identity theft and credit card fraud risk are mitigated, using systems, and processes.
Building new systems with engineering to augment our industry leading fraud system.
Manage the fraud operations team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Work closely with engineers and data scientists to deliver system and product improvement
Qualification
Proven experience in cycles of fraud attacks, early detection, prevention, across financial sectors.
Structured communication and problem-solving skills.
Depth in data driven decision making, proficiency in excel, with some background in SQL.
Bachelor's Degree - preferably in finance, economics, or engineering, or similar.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred.
