We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to own the marketing technology stack, optimize automation, drive operational efficiency, and lead analytics to support scalable demand generation and revenue growth. This role will collaborate across teams and functions to enhance marketing execution, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights that influence strategy.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of AttackIQ’s marketing operations infrastructure. This includes managing the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless system integrations, automation, and data governance to support cross-functional teams. You’ll drive marketing analytics, lead management, and campaign execution, improving efficiency through scalable workflows and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring automation, integrations, and data flow align with business goals.

  • Develop and execute scalable marketing operations strategies to support demand generation and pipeline growth.

  • Lead marketing analytics and reporting, building dashboards, attribution models, and performance insights to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Improve lead scoring, routing, and sales alignment, ensuring high-quality leads are efficiently managed.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance, including key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.

  • Refine A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance messaging, nurture programs, and campaign performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, renewals, and tool evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations, maintaining data accuracy and governance.

  • Document processes and provide training resources, enabling best practices across teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, lead management, and analytics tools.

  • Strong background in marketing attribution, campaign analytics, and funnel optimization.

  • Experience optimizing lead scoring, routing, and sales enablement processes to improve marketing and sales alignment.

  • Proficiency in data governance, segmentation, and database hygiene to maintain data integrity.

  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel campaign execution, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.

  • Experience supporting PLG initiatives, leveraging data to enhance user engagement and conversion.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
