Description:

We’re looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You’ll handle user issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and manage technical onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access provisioning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, SaaS, software, network, and VPN
  • Set up and maintain employee devices and accounts using MDM and IDP
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting sessions
  • Maintain and support meeting room technology (displays, cameras, mics)
  • Track IT assets and manage inventory
  • Maintain documentation and propose process improvements
  • Collaborate with Security to ensure compliance with policies and standards

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience providing global end-user support, both directly and remotely, using IDP, AD, and MDM services
  • Hands-on experience supporting users in: Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Slack, and other cloud-based tools
  • Working knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Hebrew
  • Strong understanding of MacOS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with audio/visual hardware
