Job Description
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Integration, DevOps, and Automation teams to support smooth testing, deployments, and high-quality Salesforce releases within an Agile environment.
What You’ll Do
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud preferred).
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and report defects effectively.
- Conduct regression, system, and UAT support testing.
Test Management
- Create, manage, and track test cases using Jira and Zephyr.
- Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning sessions.
Automation
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression cycles.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Ownership & Collaboration
- Take end-to-end ownership of testing deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure defect resolution.
- Identify risks proactively and provide mitigation strategies.
- Continuously improve QA processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Well versed in SFDC Testing ( Sales, CPQ and Service Cloud implementation preferred)
- Strong functional, Integration and end to end testing experience
- Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Test management
- Test Automation experience with Accelq/Selenium /Playwright
- Candidate should have Ownership mindset and should be able to perform testing tasks end to end
- Experience in Propel PLM would be a significant plus.
