Job Description

Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Service Operations Organization. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our post-sales support, ensuring that critical spare parts reach our end customers via Same Day and Next Business Day delivery. You aren't just moving inventory; you are enabling the "best in class" service supply chain that keeps our customers' networks running.

Who You'll work with

You’ll partner with a fast-paced Global Service Operations organization, working alongside logistics specialists, planners, and customer support teams. Your collaboration will help power same-day and next-business-day deliveries that enable exceptional post-sales service for customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our logistics operations while acting as a key strategic partner to our Vendor, Trade, and Reverse Logistics Managers.

  • Impact: You directly influence Customer Satisfaction by balancing cost, delivery speed, and quality performance.
  • Innovation: We don't just want you to run the process; we want you to improve it. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and optimization.

Global Reach: You will manage specific APAC inventory and compliance audits while working with a global network.

Master the Supply Chain (Order Processing & Dispatch)

  • Coordinate the daily dispatch process, managing carrier rates and resolving operational issues in real-time.
  • Take ownership of APAC inventory management, including inbound exceptions and PI reports.
  • Manage exceptions aggressively to close them as quickly as possible.

Drive Reverse Logistics Excellence

  • Act as the primary coordinator for inbound and outbound discrepancies, working with 3PLs and couriers to prevent delays.
  • Partner with Account Management and Engineering to prioritize critical returns and high-priority RMAs.
  • Track priority shipments end-to-end, proactively communicating risks to stakeholders before they become problems.
  • Analyze data to develop KPIs on RMA aging, lead times, and discrepancy resolution to improve the customer return experience.

Navigate Global Trade Compliance

  • Support trade operations by retrieving Compliance Certificates, Test Reports and other compliance documents necessary for shipment release.
  • Assist the Service Trade and Compliance Manager specifically with APAC compliance audits and vendor performance assessments.
  • Ensure the swift release of routine shipments by securing necessary Certificates of Conformity.

Qualifications

  • Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance.
  • Holistic Thinker: You understand supply chain concepts (planning, inventory, logistics) and how your specific role impacts broader organizational goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a major plus.
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative, working proactively with minimal supervision to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicator: You possess excellent (fluent) oral and written English skills, allowing you to build trust with internal and external partners.
  • Must be based in either Singapore or Malaysia with legal work rights.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Service Logistics or Manufacturing environments.
