Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

The Marketing Manager, ASEAN will play a critical role in supporting the regional team to execute integrated campaigns that drive demand, build brand awareness, and increase market share across the ASEAN region. In this role, you will work closely with the ASEAN sales teams, regional engineering teams, global product marketing, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate with external agencies, channel and technology partners, as well as cross-functional teams such as product management and customer success. This hands-on role requires the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly messaging while ensuring the timely delivery of marketing activities that support ASEAN market priorities.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop and adapt product marketing content (case studies, presentations, messaging) by localizing global materials for ASEAN-specific technical and business needs.

  • Assist in building product positioning and value propositions that resonate with customers across Southeast Asia.

  • Produce and maintain sales enablement assets to equip the ASEAN sales team with clear, compelling product information and competitive messaging.

Technical Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with technical marketing and engineering teams to produce technical blog posts, customer use cases, and feature-focused content tailored for technical buyers in the region.

  • Develop technical collateral, diagrams, and simplified explanations of product capabilities for customers and partners.

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and support the execution of ASEAN regional campaigns, ensuring asset delivery and timely rollout.

  • Support demand-generation initiatives including email campaigns, webinars, digital programs, and localized online marketing activities.

  • Manage the ASEAN marketing content calendar, social media updates, and regional digital marketing tasks.

  • Track basic campaign metrics and assist in building performance reports to guide optimization and future planning.

Regional & Partner Support

  • Support channel and partner marketing initiatives by executing joint campaigns and preparing co-branded assets.

  • Act as a communication link between ASEAN sales, product teams, and global marketing to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.

  • Provide local market insights to ensure marketing activities are culturally relevant and commercially effective across ASEAN countries.

Qualifications

Location Requirement:
Applicants must be based in Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia with work rights.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally with a focus on product or technical marketing execution.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts.

  • Excellent project coordination skills; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated understanding of ASEAN markets, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances.

  • Experience in enterprise technology—especially networking—is a plus.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and basic analytics.

  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across teams and with external agencies.
