Job Description

  • Lead and perform weekly reconciliation for consigned inventories and document
  • inventory discrepancies at the Contract Manufacturers and suppliers
  • Lead, audit and supervise scrap process adherence at the contract manufacturers and ensure proper execution.
  • Partner with the contract manufacturers to manage excess and Slow-Moving
  • Inventory, establish a roadmap, identify opportunities and balance global inventory.
  • Perform and lead weekly and monthly audits for consigned material.
  • Track weekly and monthly Arista own material movements.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly update reports.
  • Lead, plan and execute annual physical inventory activities at the Contract Manufactures and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent with 6 years; experience in warehouse management/operations, operations planning.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • English - Advance level
  • Top notch data management skill. Excellent in compile and analyse large data in excel.
  • Good in both verbal and written communication, Spanish and English.
  • OEM experience is ideal.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic & ambiguous fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, experienced working as part of a global, cross-functional team who are located in Asia, North America and Europe time zones. Must be able to occasionally work outside of standard Mexico business hours.
  • Travel - 10% a year
