Job Description

Who You’ll Work With:

Arista seeks a Marketing Intern to help us achieve our EMEA business goals. The Intern will play a key role within the EMEA Marketing team, assisting with campaigns, building our content and collateral, brand building, and event and conference execution. We are looking for a genuine self-starter who has the ability, potential, and a thirst to learn and develop within the role. This internship will help enhance your current marketing skills and the experience you gain will help prepare you for other fast-paced work environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with members of the EMEA Marketing team to contribute ideas, plan and execute EMEA Marketing campaigns
  • Write copy for social media posts, marketing emails, and other marketing collateral
  • Work on the layout of content assets such as testimonials, white papers, banners, etc
  • Assist with the planning, set-up, running and reporting of virtual events and
    webinars
  • Assist with the pre-event planning, on-site set-up and logistics, and post-event follow up of in-person events, trade shows and round tables
  • Import event leads into Marketing tools for nurturing and follow-up
  • Assist with managing branded merchandise, promotional materials and shipments to events
  • Assist with raising and managing Marketing POs
  • Assist in the measurement and reporting of the results of EMEA marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or currently enrolled in one

OR

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a B2B technology environment

Skills:

  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive desire to improve processes where possible
  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong desire to learn along with a passion for marketing in the technology sector
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
