We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GTM Operations Analyst to be the operational hub of our rapidly growing GTM team. As a critical force multiplier, you'll be responsible for driving our deal desk, streamlining commercial processes, and running core workflows that power our entire sales organization. This is a foundational role with a significant impact on Anrok’s revenue engine, perfect for a hands-on operator who wants to help build and scale a world-class GTM function at a key inflection point in our growth.

In this role, you will

  • Run and improve our Deal Desk function, acting as the primary owner for deal structuring, quoting, and approvals to help our sales team close deals faster.

  • Own the end-to-end sales commissions process, from calculation to reporting, ensuring our GTM team is paid accurately and on time.

  • Serve as the go-to operational partner for our GTM team by triaging and resolving day-to-day requests and system issues.

  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from GTM leadership to provide visibility into key metrics with a quick turnaround.

  • Build out our GTM playbook by creating and maintaining clear documentation that enables the sales team to be more effective and self-sufficient.

  • Identify and implement GTM process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.

What excites us

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk role at a B2B SaaS company.

  • You are a systems thinker who loves creating order out of chaos and has a strong bias for action.

  • Extreme attention to detail: you can spot a miscalculated price or a broken workflow and are driven to resolve it.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential; you know your way around reports, dashboards, and basic object management.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills; you enjoy creating resources that make life easier for salespeople.

  • A proactive and curious mindset. You don’t just complete tasks; you ask "why" and look for better ways to get things done.
