Anrok is growing quickly, and as the Mid-Market Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling our mid-market customer acquisition motion. You will manage a dynamic team of mid-market account executives through a combination of strategic and velocity deal cycles. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales to identify opportunities to refine mid-market sales strategies for high-growth customers and drive day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone excited to recruit execution-oriented account executives and deliver on segment objectives and revenue targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and coach a team of high-performing mid-market account executives with a hands-on approach

  • Participate in sales calls regularly

  • Recruit, hire, and train new mid-market account executives as our sales team continues to scale

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Analyze mid-market metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in this dynamic segment of our market

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and customer-centricity within the mid-market team

What excites us:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales management role

  • At least 4 years of experience in an IC sales role

  • Experience with a technical sale, selling to Finance and Engineering teams

  • Prior success leading teams while also focusing on deal execution in partnership with AEs

  • A track record of high performance against sales goals as both an individual contributor and manager

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starters who are organized and resourceful

  • Experience with Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce

For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model. Where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely full-time
