In Sales Operations, you will lay the foundation for operational excellence and efficiency for the growing sales team. You will work closely with the sales leaders to build a data-driven approach to identifying and engaging with prospective Anrok customers throughout the customer journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the identification and analysis of opportunities, challenges, and inefficiencies in the customer journey, presenting your findings with supporting data and analysis.

  • Manage our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption.

  • Drive the execution and optimization of sales tools (Outreach, Chili Piper, Gong, etc.) to improve team productivity.

  • Provide strategic support to initiatives such as lead routing, developing territories, forecasting performance, setting quotas and capacity planning.

  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to design & implement workflows and processes for GTM teams.

What excites us:

  • 2 - 4+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations experience at a software company.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.

  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Chili Piper.

  • Strong SQL and Excel skills (required), and introductory knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and informative.

  • You are a self-starter and have a track record of navigating ambiguity and producing concrete results.

  • You embrace solving problems and always seek improvement.

For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely full-time.
