As the first Head of Finance for Anrok you will establish and build the foundation of a finance team that accelerates the success of teams across Anrok through a clear understanding of the business combined with a drive to continuously optimize and improve.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial leadership and guidance to drive Anrok's growth and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies, systems, and processes that scale with Anrok's usage-based pricing model, ensuring the company's financial health and efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making

  • Drive the execution of Anrok’s financial operations including accounting and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards

  • Foster a culture of financial responsibility and transparency, serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team
