Role Purpose

As the Marketing Lead – Digital, you will be responsible for the end-to-end digital strategy and execution for AliveCor India. This is a high-impact role managing a dual-funnel strategy: driving device sales and subscriptions for our Consumer (B2C) business while generating high-intent leads and brand authority for our Enterprise (B2B) business (Hospitals, Corporates, and Clinicians).

Key Responsibilities

1. Website,Digital Channels & E-commerce Management

  • Web Operations: Own the localized AliveCor India website. Ensure the site is high-performing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for speed.
  • Content Management (CMS): Update and maintain web content, including product pages, clinical research blogs, and landing pages for local campaigns.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on checkout flows and landing pages to maximize conversion.
  • D2C Ownership: Own the revenue targets for the India e-store and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart). Optimize product listings, pricing strategy, and the "Kardia" brand store.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search/Display, and YouTube. Manage significant budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • Retention & CRM: Build automated email/SMS/WhatsApp journeys to improve user onboarding, subscription renewals (If any), and customer lifetime value.
  • WhatsApp Commerce: Implement and manage WhatsApp as a sales channel, enabling direct-to-consumer purchases and automated catalog browsing. Measure the ROI of WhatsApp campaigns, tracking open rates, click-through rates, and attributed sales.

2. B2B & Lead Generation

  • HCP Marketing: Develop digital campaigns targeting Cardiologists and General Practitioners to increase clinical adoption of Kardia technology.
  • Enterprise Growth: Execute Lead Gen strategies on LinkedIn and Google to capture B2B inquiries from Hospital Administrators and Corporate Wellness heads.
  • B2B WhatsApp Marketing: Use WhatsApp as a high-touch channel to share clinical whitepapers and product updates with Cardiologists and other relevant HCPs
  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Manage the digital promotion and execution of "AliveCor Knowledge imparting sessions” and clinical webinars for the Indian medical community.

3. Creative & Global Stakeholder Management

  • Creative Collaboration: Brief and partner with internal/external creative teams to produce localized, high-performing visual assets (video, static, and interactive).
  • Global Approvals: Serve as the primary liaison with US/International Headquarters. Manage the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) approval workflow to ensure all digital communications are clinically accurate and brand-compliant.
  • Standardization: Adapt global brand playbooks for the Indian market while ensuring local "on-time" campaign deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6–10 years in Digital Marketing. Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, Pharma, or Premium Consumer Electronics is highly preferred.
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • E-commerce Mastery: Proven track record of managing high-volume Amazon/Marketplace accounts and D2C platforms (Shopify).
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce), and Project Management softwares.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with medical advertising guidelines in India is a major plus.
