The Opportunity
AliveCor is looking for a talented product manager to own and shape our digital health services product portfolio for consumers and patients. In this role, you will be responsible for holistically defining how our users understand their heart health risk factors, while providing the tools, resources, education, coaching, and provider services to empower action to prevent heart disease and manage chronic conditions.
As a product manager, you’ll use your strategic, analytical, and technical skills to drive the product lifecycle from strategy, to planning, to execution. You’ll use data and leverage market research to identify and test strategies that advance product-market fit and growth, and work with a tight-knit cross-functional team to deliver results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the full product lifecycle for your key projects, from research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch, and beyond
- Own the core growth metrics (including attach and activation rate)
- Set-up and run A/B testing including designing, prioritizing, and executing on a continuous roadmap of A/B tests across the onboarding and activation flows
- Collaborate with marketing and finance to design, execute, and evaluate tests on pricing and promotions to optimize subscription metrics
- Ensure that learnings are implemented globally and monitor global
- Support the goals of the broader product team with contributions on consumer strategy, research, analytics, and execution
- Prepare and deliver presentations on your findings and insights to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Design, User Research, Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ship products
- Be the company’s ‘go to’ expert and internal evangelist in your product area
- Be a strong leader who facilitates collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team’s processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respected
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Growth, Activation, or Monetization
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- High degree of user empathy and ability to balance advocacy for the user while advancing the needs of the business
- Proven track record of defining, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests using MixPanel
- Deep proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics) and the ability to not only query but also define and set-up flows within those tools
- Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and SaaS business models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong business sense, intellectual curiosity, and desire to become a subject matter expert in a complex ecosystem
- Experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus
