The Opportunity
AliveCor is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader with deep expertise in full-funnel digital marketing, have a strong grasp of analytics and attribution, and a proven ability to translate insights into performance improvement. This individual will be responsible for driving measurable growth in consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention—while also building strong awareness and demand among professional audiences. The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and results, and will bring a track record of success in consumer healthcare marketing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omni-channel growth marketing strategy to drive consumer device and subscription sales across brand website, Amazon, retailer dotcoms and brick & mortar stores
- Define and monitor KPIs using advanced attribution models and real-time data to optimize the full sales and engagement funnel
- Champion a "test-and-learn" culture to iterate on creative, audience segmentation, and channel mix to maximize marketing efficiency—improving conversion rates and unit economics over time
- Lead a high-performing team of marketers, and vendor/agency/technology partners to ensure delivery of high-quality work and optimal ROI while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Oversee all digital channels—including paid media, email, website, SEO, and social—while leveraging automation and personalization to drive customer engagement
- Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across all digital initiatives.
- Leverage data and insights to inform audience segmentation, creative strategy, and channel investments
- Lead customer lifecycle initiatives through marketing automation, personalization, and advanced targeting to deepen customer engagement and strengthen loyalty
- Monitor and identify emerging trends, technologies, and platforms that will fuel future growth
- Partner closely with the VP of Consumer Marketing and VP of Enterprise Marketing to build best-in-class digital programs to support sales growth across and b2c and b2b marketing
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or other regulated consumer industries
- Proven success driving measurable growth through paid digital, social, email,, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Deep understanding of both D2C consumer acquisition and B2B/professional marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build actionable insights, and present findings to senior leadership
- Experience managing a team of marketers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise with marketing technology platforms (CRM, analytics tools, ad tech, automation systems)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
