The Opportunity
​​AliveCor is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both financial planning and sales operations. This candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our Finance and Sales team. If you enjoy modeling, forecasting, reporting, sales planning and collaborating with key stakeholders, we want to meet you!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive initiatives to help scale business segments to achieve sales growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful launch of sales initiatives and programs to ensure alignment organization wide on operational/sales goals
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding sales activity and initiatives and pipeline updates
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to develop commissions strategy, plans and manage forecast
  • Lead planning and execution of sales models including but not limited to tracking, quota setting, productivity and commission payouts
  • Build and maintain key forecasts focused on sales, commissions and other key business metrics
  • Collaborate the other team members to ensure that business and financial plans are based on well-defined and measurable initiatives
  • Analyze historical data to provide sales insights
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory and ability to stay on plan
  • Support ongoing business activities and development of executive materials (memos, sales kickoff slides, business reviews, and executive presentations
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to review, resolve and respond to customers’ requests
  • Prepare and identify gaps or risks in operational deficiencies
  • Developing standard operating procedures related to sales functions
  • Manage and coordinate sales team/training meetings, facility tours, presentation materials, and conference calls
  • Be the subject matter expert in all things Salesforce managing sales reporting, dashboards and analytics
  • Manage Salesforce configurations including but not limited to automation, pipeline management, fields, page layouts, record types, reporting and custom settings
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or 5 years in a corporate environment, preferably in sales operations
  • Must have strong analytical background and experience creating financial models and reporting
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiastic about improving efficiencies to increase sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners
Estimated Annual Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, AliveCor considers many factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
