As a product manager, you’ll use your strategic, analytical, and technical skills to drive the product lifecycle from strategy, to planning, to execution. You’ll use data and leverage market research to identify and test strategies that advance product-market fit and growth, and work with a tight-knit cross-functional team to deliver

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the full product lifecycle for the healthcare provider portal, from research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch, and beyond.
Work closely with Design, User Research, and Engineering to define workflows, prioritize features, and ship products.
Identify clear, measurable metrics to track product utilization, efficiency, and workflow satisfaction, and the hypotheses you need to prove along the way.
Understand the ecosystem and competitive landscape, and use customer feedback to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for capturing those opportunities.
Be the company’s ‘go to’ expert and internal evangelist in your product area.
Be a strong leader who facilitates collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team’s processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respected.

Qualifications and Skills:

6 - 8 years of work experience in a product, technology, or consulting role in digital health or health care enterprise systems. Experience with clinical workflows. Bonus points for cardiology experience.
Technical fluency and flexibility to drive solutions across web, backend, and API.
Experience in software project development and product lifecycle management.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on fast-paced projects with impact and scale.
High degree of user empathy and ability to balance advocating for the user while advancing the needs of the business.
Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to distill complex problems into simple documentation tailored to the audience.
Passion for making healthcare better for patients and more efficient for clinicians. Patience to solve hard problems and work around operational roadblocks.
