Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Distribution Associate (Pharmacy Assistant) to support our Operations and Distribution Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation, dispatch, tracking, and delivery of compounded products and pharmacy-related materials. The successful candidate will coordinate with courier partners, monitor shipment status, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules with clinics, patients, and recipients.
  • Book and coordinate shipments with third-party courier providers, bus transfers, and other logistics partners.
  • Track deliveries and proactively follow up on delayed, failed, or returned shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, packing lists, *and shipment references.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Distribution Operations

  • Verify packaging integrity and labeling accuracy before shipment.
  • Ensure products are packed and handled according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Confirm successful receipt of deliveries by intended recipients.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched, delivered, and returned items.

Internal and Client Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and other departments to support efficient distribution activities.
  • Communicate shipment schedules, delivery updates, and exceptions to clinics and clients.
  • Escalate urgent delivery concerns and operational issues to the Senior Distribution Specialist.

Administrative Support

  • Monitor inventory levels of packaging and distribution supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain distribution-related reports and records.
  • Support compliance with storage, handling, *packaging, and transportation regulations.
  • Maintain real-time communication regarding shipment status and operational updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Pharmacy Assistant: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • TESDA Pharmacy Services NC II (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
