JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Marketing leads the development and execution of high-impact marketing and brand initiatives that enhance customer engagement, strengthen market positioning, and drive business growth. The role combines strategic leadership, digital marketing oversight, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective and compliant marketing operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies and annual campaign plans.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Monitor market trends and campaign performance to optimize results.
2. Brand & Communication Management
- Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage corporate messaging and communication standards.
3. Digital & Content Oversight
- Direct social media strategy, digital campaigns, and website content management.
- Review analytics and engagement reports to improve digital performance.
- Ensure all content complies with regulatory and internal standards.
4. Commercial & Event Support
- Partner with Sales and Pharmacy Education teams to support promotional activities.
- Organize and lead doctor engagement programs, launches, and marketing events.
5. Creative Leadership
- Supervise content development and creative production.
- Approve educational and promotional materials for quality and compliance.
6. Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage budgets, vendors, reporting, and marketing operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing personnel to achieve department goals.
7. Marketing Technology & AI Integration
- Apply both conventional marketing strategies and AI-driven tools or agents to optimize campaign execution, content creation, analytics, and customer engagement.
- Explore and adopt emerging marketing technologies to improve productivity, innovation, and business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong background in campaign coordination, content oversight, and brand execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Good judgment in balancing creativity, discipline, and business needs
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, retail, or regulated industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media coordination, and brand execution is preferred
