Join our global Legal Operations Team as a Legal Operations Analyst and make a difference to air travelers while being supported by our proprietary Artificial Intelligence technology.

You will be working at the intersection of law, strategy, and execution. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is motivated by real business impact.

This role can only be based in São Paulo, and requires office presence one day per week.
Salary: R$3,300 - R$5,500 gross / month

What you'll drive:

Legal Enablement & Strategy

  • Track procedural progress across court cases and administrative proceedings, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Support legal analysis by reviewing pleadings and helping shape practical legal strategies
  • Draft, review, and analyze agreements and contractual documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Partner with external counsel to maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and outcomes

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Build and maintain reliable tracking systems for legal documents and contracts
  • Audit legal processes and payment flows to strengthen accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor legislative changes, case law, and market developments - translating insights into business relevance
  • Deliver concise monthly reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and implications

Client Impact

  • Ability to assist with complex client inquiries requiring legal interpretation.
  • Resolve questions and complaints with a balance of legal precision and customer empathy
  • Contribute to a client experience that reinforces trust and credibility

  • Strong English skills enabling daily collaboration with international stakeholders

  • Availability to start your work early morning (from 7:00 - 8:00 AM BR time) and office presence twice a week
