Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

Our mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives extends beyond borders. Consumers across the globe need safe, transparent financing. Our retail partners and merchants need Affirm to be there for them, wherever that might be. To help achieve this vision, we are expanding our product lines and becoming a global company.

The Repayments team’s vision is to develop easy, transparent, and flexible repayment experiences that retain our consumers for life - through good times and bad times.

Our team transforms our consumer repayment experiences from two primary angles - 1) develop easy and seamless repayment experiences for those who are willing to repay and can pay, and 2) develop targeted collection and recovery strategies for those who are willing to repay but cannot pay. Unlocking these experiences will enable Affirm to expand credit to more consumers, which in turn enables consumers to grow their purchasing power - within the Affirm ecosystem and beyond.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, and other Product teams, to enhance the repayment experience for all our users and drive meaningful impact on key business goals. • Roadmap ownership. Define product objectives, partner with engineering and cross-functional partners to drive requirements, ultimately lead execution to launch key products and features.

  • Communication: As a senior member of the Product Management team, you’ll regularly communicate across product and engineering teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders, including frequently presenting to C-level executives.
