As a Resolutions Specialist I, you will work with our third party vendors to drive efficiencies and improve recovery efforts. The Resolutions Specialist I position is a high profile, vendor-facing role requiring relationship management and program management skills to lead vendors successfully.

This person will report to the Manager, Recovery.

What You'll Do

Work across all of Affirm to work and manage vendor requests
Vendor manager for chargebacks and assist with Affirm CA Recoveries
Lead operational improvements with focus on dispute efficiencies
Handle requests from Affirm Debt Buyers
Manually manage the chargeoff and placement process
Monitor and provide daily operational support of collections technology
Collaborate cross-functionally across our Fraud, Customer Service, Product, & Engineering teams

What We Look For

Customer-facing experience; preferably in a high-tech environment
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to manage strategic accounts
Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical abilities
PayBright experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree
