What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer, who has experience at high growth large scale Internet Business to Consumer sites, with experience at Full Stack Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Product Design, Growth Product Management and Growth Design.
Our ideal candidates are not only great at what they do but are also mission-driven. Ideally, you have experience working across the technical stack and are excited about owning product and engineering initiatives. Bonus points for experience scaling a recruiting pipeline.
Requirements:
* 5 + years of experience working in a start-up or recruiting agency
* Likes Sourcing and does not see the role as a stepping stone to a Recruiter role.
* Experience partnering with recruiting teams
* Track record of successfully identifying and sourcing exceptional Engineers in high-growth environments that match job spec & location requirements
* Applicant tracking system experience (Lever Preferred)
* Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
* Ability to embrace ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to this position.
* Strong sense of urgency and desire to learn
* Sourcing/Search tools - Knowledge of and ability to use sourcing and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Google X-Ray Boolean search strings, Job Posting websites) to find and acquire talent.
* Track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners.
Must Haves:
* Capable of doing 50+ “high quality” reach outs per day.
* 5+years of experience sourcing (or recruiting) for various Engineering roles with experience in various technology stacks.
* Proven ability to effectively screen for technical competencies and values via resumes and profiles.
* Track record of successfully identifying and sourcing exceptional Engineers in high-growth environments that match job spec.
* Skilled at analyzing and organizing data and tracking metrics

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HM to understand the role, the function, and how it fits into the org
* Fill the pipeline with qualified candidates using our sourcing and recruiting tools
* Build innovative sourcing strategies, including improving your knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage technical talent.
* Manage and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.

Compensation
* $50/hr Temporary Full Time Non-Exempt Hourly Employee.
