Responsible for supporting outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for our AI-driven SaaS solutions. This role focuses on learning the fundamentals of B2B sales, driving top-of-funnel activity, and setting high-quality sales meetings. Jr SDRs who consistently meet targets and demonstrate growth will have a clear path to transitioning into a full SDR role and eventually an Account Executive position. We are seeking motivated, coachable candidates who are eager to start their careers in tech sales. No prior experience required, just bring: Willingness to learn high-volume outbound prospecting using tools like Outreach or Salesloft Enthusiasm for engaging prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging Coachability and curiosity, openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement Ability to take initiative and stay productive with guidance and support Willingness to experiment with new messaging and strategies to improve outreach effectiveness Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Interest in technology and SaaS solutions
