About the Role:
We’re hiring AI Enablement Managers to own and drive the customer engagement process from discovery to close. This is not a prospecting role—your focus will be on guiding prospects through the evaluation journey and converting them into successful customers.
You’ll be responsible for pitching solutions, running product demos, facilitating proofs of concept (POCs), and helping close accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and AI—ideal for someone who is consultative, AI-curious, and customer-obsessed.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead customer engagements from initial pitch through close
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations
- Guide prospects through POCs and evaluation processes
- Partner closely with SDRs and technical teams to drive deal success
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Maintain a high activity level (target: ~12 meetings and ~6 demos per week)
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through successful deal execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Commercial/Enterprise AE roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a sales-oriented, quota-influenced environment
- AI-savvy (no deep technical expertise required, but curiosity and fluency are important)
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000
- Bonus: Up to $30,000 annually (paid quarterly, tied to performance and deals closed)
